   A chewy, rich pecan blondie with ice cream smothered in warm Maple Butter Sauce.

Often I am in the mood for a decadent dessert but don’t want to spend the money going out to a restaurant or leaving the comfort of my own home. That is why I have made these Apple bees Maple Pecan Blondies. You can make them at home and it will save you money too!

The melted butter of the Blondies gives it a chewier, denser texture instead of a cake like consistency, something that is unique to Blondies.

This is also an amazing Blondie recipe on it’s own even without the sauce and ice cream but if you want to make it truly decadent don’t forget the extras.;)

  1. Blondies-
  2. 1 cup butter melted
  3. 2 cups light brown sugar packed
  4. Two eggs
  5. 1 tablespoon vanilla
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  9. 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chip morsels
  10. 1/2 cups Pecans
  11. Maple butter glaze-
  12. 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  13. 1/4 cup +1 tablespoon melted butter
  14. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  15. 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  16. Good quality vanilla ice cream
  1. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together all-purpose flour baking soda and salt. Combine dry ingredients into let mixture. Add white chocolate chips and pecans until just combined.
  3. Spread blondie mixture into a parchment lined 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 12 slices.
  4. Maple butter glaze-Cream the cream cheese then add melted butter maple syrup and confectioners sugar. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until mixture has thinned out. If a runnier consistency is desired add 2 tablespoons of milk.
  5. Plate one large slice of your Blondie. Add a scoop of ice cream and top it off with the Maple butter glaze.

Red Velvet Waffles with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients:red velvet waffle (1 of 1)

Red velvet waffles

2 cups flour

4 tablespoons sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons soda 

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs 

2 cups low-fat buttermilk

1/4 cup of melted butter

1/2 to 1  tablespoon red food dye

Cream cheese glaze

4 ounces cream cheese softened 

1/4 +3 tablespoons milk

1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla


Mini S’more Brownie Bites


Today I’ll be showing you how to make Mini Smore Brownie Bites! With a little bit of chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow in each bite you’ll be in heaven!

Ingredient list: 

72 mini marshmallows

2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup melted butter separated

One Betty Crocker dark chocolate brownie mix

Two eggs

2 Hershey’s bars-cut into segments


1. Mix 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter, take heaping teaspoon of graham cracker mixture into each mini cupcake pan, use back of teaspoon to press the mixture into pan.

2.Put brownie mix into mixing bowl add 1/2 cup of melted butter and 2 eggs 1/4 cup water, mix until completely combined. Dollop 1 tablespoon of brownie batter on top of Graham cracker crust.

3. Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top of brownie batter and then three mini marshmallows on top of crumbs.

4. Bake at 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes for the last 2 to 3 minutes place Hershey bar pieces on top until they have melted slightly.

  1. 1 cup unsalted butter
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 3/4 cup sweet potato purée
  6. 2 1/4 cupFlour
  7. 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  11. 1 cup white chocolate chips
Maple Icing
  1. 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  2. 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  3. 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  1. 1/4-1/2 cup chopped roasted pecans
  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking pan.
  2. 2.Cream unsalted butter with brown sugar until smooth.Mix the vanilla then add the eggs one at a time and add sweet potato purée.
  3. 3. Mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl including: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Then incorporate dry ingredients into creamed batter. Add white chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
  4. 4. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let the bars cool completely in pan before applying icing.
  5. 5 . Mix together 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter with 1/2 cup of maple syrup and 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Once the bars have cooled drizzle icing on top. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of wet icing.
